How much does it cost to polish my garage?
Depends. There are a couple different finishing options available and depending on the look you are trying to achieve will depend on the price. For example, a cream finish will be less expensive then a large aggregate. This is great because if you want a shiny garage floor we are able to work within your budget. How long does it take to polish a concrete garage floor?
Depends. It’s difficult to be exact since every garage is different. Typically, if you have a 2 car garage you can expect 2-4 days depending on the finish you desire.
Is Polished Concrete Slippery?
Surprisingly no. Polished concrete looks likes glass due to the reflectivity of the surface. If you were to take a closer look you would see the surface is gritty through a microscope. Polished concrete offers a superb slip coefficient, even when wet. Because of this, larger corporations are using polished concrete as their flooring choices in stores.
How long does polished concrete last?
Simple answer, a lifetime. A properly installed, sealed maintained floor will last for years. It’s relatively new process but we’ve seen floors 20+ years old with no sign of distress. The lifespan of polished concrete is why it’s quickly becoming the industry flooring standard.
Do you only polish concrete garage floors?
